         Created and maintained FinanceVision broadcast pronunciation guide.
         Developed military primer for editorial staff with little military background to support war coverage. Wrote copyright law background guide for coverage of Napster case.

          Created policies and training content for message board volunteers.
          Managed integration of message boards into major reorganization of GeoCities site including remapping of more than 1,500 topics and writing the user interface requirements for the reengineered front end. Wrote consumer help documentation.
          Researched and selected message board software. Developed software feature and technical requirements documents. Wrote requests for software vendor proposals and served as lead negotiator with vendors.

    Social Media Coordinator 6/97 to 5/99
          Managed member-based Community Leader program. Served as primary online company contact for more than 1,500 volunteers including moderation of CL message board.
          Helped manage expectations of Yahoo GeoCities volunteer Community Leaders while transitioning them from a one-to-one relationship with staffers to using Customer Services.

Pioneered and trained staffs in digital imaging. Served as former L.A. Mayor Tom Bradley's only personal photographer.
